Every order is finalized manually after direct discussion with the owner regarding availability, pricing and delivery.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images on this website are accurate. However, actual product dimensions, grades and finishes should always be confirmed at the time of enquiry, as steel industry standards and mill availability can vary. Images are representative and may not reflect the exact batch supplied.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on quantity, rate, payment terms and delivery schedule between the customer and the owner. Payment terms (advance, partial advance, or against delivery) are agreed upon individually for each order and are not processed through this website.

5. Minimum Order Quantity

As a wholesale supplier, we primarily serve bulk buyers. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product and delivery location, and will be communicated at the time of enquiry.

6. Delivery

7. Quality & Returns

Material quality, grade and quantity should be verified at the time of delivery against the invoice and weighbridge slip. Any quality or quantity discrepancy must be reported immediately to the owner for resolution. Returns or replacements, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis as mutually agreed.
