1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver PAN India — to construction sites, fabrication workshops, warehouses and business addresses in every state, via our network of trusted transport partners.

2. Order Confirmation Before Dispatch

As this website does not support online orders or checkout, every order is finalized manually. Once you confirm quantity, rate and delivery details with the owner via WhatsApp or call, your material is scheduled for loading and dispatch.

3. Dispatch Timelines

• Local orders (within city/nearby districts): typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation
• Outstation orders: dispatched within 2–5 working days depending on quantity and transport availability
• Custom-cut, fabricated or made-to-drawing items (e.g., foundation bolts): timelines shared at the time of quotation

4. Freight & Transport Charges

Freight is quoted separately from material cost and shared transparently as part of your wholesale quotation, based on quantity, vehicle type and delivery distance. For very large orders, full truckload dispatch is arranged for cost efficiency.

5. Loading & Weighment

Material is weighed on a certified weighbridge before dispatch. A weighbridge slip accompanies every weight-based order (pipes, structurals, plates, TMT bars) so you can verify quantity on delivery.

6. Transit & Tracking

We share the vehicle number and driver contact details for outstation deliveries so you can track your shipment. Typical transit time ranges from 1–2 days within the state to 3–5 days for most locations across India, depending on distance.

7. Receiving Your Order

On delivery, please verify the material against the invoice and weighbridge slip before unloading. Any discrepancy should be reported immediately to the owner for prompt resolution.

8. Delays

While we strive to meet every committed timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to transport availability, weather, regional restrictions or force majeure events. We will proactively communicate any expected delay.
